CLA uses Blackbaud as our student management system, enhancing the efficiency and organization of academic and administrative processes. Parents create Blackbaud accounts during the admissions process and throughout their time at CLA to access student records, monitor academic progress, provide health information and other essential functions.

ParentSquare is used as our dedicated communication platform, fostering seamless and effective engagement between the school, parents, and the broader community. ParentSquare serves as a centralized hub for disseminating important information, updates, and announcements, ensuring that parents are well-informed about school activities, events, and academic progress. This user-friendly tool not only enhances communication efficiency but also promotes transparency and collaboration. With features such as messaging, event coordination, and real-time notifications, ParentSquare plays a pivotal role in building a strong and connected school community. By utilizing this platform, we prioritize open lines of communication, enabling a collaborative partnership between educators and parents to support the holistic development of our students.

CLA uses Tuition Management as our tuition management system, enhancing the efficiency and organization of billing and administrative processes. Parents create Tuition Management accounts during the admissions process and use the account throughout their time at CLA to access pay tuition and incidental billing fees.

CLA has partnered with Wholesome Food Services to provide a variety of lunch options for students from local restaurants. A few of our current vendors include Firehouse Subs, Clean Eatz, and Red Robin. Families can create an account and sign up for lunches up to 60 days in advance or up until 1pm the day before a scheduled day.

CLA has partnered with Name Bubbles to offer a variety of personalized labels for students' personal and clothing items. Parents are encouraged to label students' items to ensure all items brought to school also return home.
