Faculty
At CLA, our faculty is at the very heart of everything we do. Our faculty members are consummate professionals with an unwavering commitment to excellence in education. With educational preparation and years of experience in their respective fields, our educators bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the classroom. But it doesn't stop there. We believe in the importance of continuous growth and development, which is why our faculty are dedicated to ongoing professional development opportunities. This ensures that they stay abreast of the latest research, teaching methodologies, and technological advancements, ultimately enhancing the learning experience for our students.
All instructional personnel have either a minimum of a bachelor's degree with educational preparation in the area where they spend the majority of their day, three or more years of K-12 teaching experience, or special skills, knowledge or expertise that qualifies them to provide instruction in K-12 subjects.
