Our Preschool Program Highlights

• CLA is the only Pensacola preschool program that is both accredited by the Florida Kindergarten Council and a member of American Montessori Society.
• All teachers and assistants are Montessori certified or hold advanced degrees in education.
• Student to teacher ratio is currently 8:1.
• Multi-age groupings of three to five-year-olds promote leadership opportunities, challenging opportunities, respect among peers, and reinforcement of Montessori materials along with Spanish and Technology lessons.
• Individualized pacing of academic progress allows for personalized instruction.
• Classrooms are divided into six carefully planned areas:  Practical Life, Sensorial, Math, Language, Science, and Geography.
• Enrichments include Spanish three times a week, Physical Education four times a week, Art, Music, Technology, and Library two times a week.
• Program Hours are 8:30-2:30 or 8:30-12:30 (1/2 day program).
• A quality after school program with a certified teacher extends until 6:00 pm.
• Complimentary early morning supervision beginning at 7:20 am.
